2. Eligibility to Purchase

1. All electronic vaping/disposable vape products are age-restricted goods. You must be of the legal minimum purchasing age in your country/region to place an order for vape items.

   • All charging cables, power adapters and power banks must be free of physical damage, liquid exposure or user-induced defects;
   • Disposable vape products cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene regulations.
2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrives defective, damaged or mismatched to your order description.
3. Every electronic accessory sold on our Site includes a 1-year manufacturer’s product warranty covering factory defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, overcharging, liquid contact, accidental drops or unauthorised disassembly of the device.
