1. General Return Eligibility
We offer a 30‑day return and refund period starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for return or refund:

- All seals, labels, and protective films must remain unbroken.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods before approving any refund or exchange.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Any disposable vape products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Items damaged by improper use, liquid contact, overheating, accidental drop, or unauthorized disassembly.
- Products with obvious user‑inflicted scratches, stains, or physical deformation.
- Free gifts, promotional items, and bundled accessories.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer’s responsibility: For voluntary returns, changed mind, unwanted orders, or size/compatibility mismatch, the customer covers all return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees.
- Our responsibility: If you receive defective goods, wrong items, missing parts, or products damaged during transit, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a free replacement at our discretion.
Original shipping fees paid during checkout are non‑refundable for voluntary returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or functionally defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the packaging and defective product. We will verify the issue and offer one of the following solutions:

- Free replacement unit
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

7. 1‑Year Product Warranty
All electronic products sold on elf-3c.com come with a 1‑year official warranty covering factory defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Physical damage caused by user misuse
- Damage from improper voltage, liquid, or external impact
- Unauthorized repair or modification
8. Returned / Undeliverable Parcels
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient refusal, unpaid customs duties, or local import restrictions, we will deduct the original outbound shipping cost and return freight fees from your final refund amount.
