Refusal to pay customs fees may result in parcel being abandoned or returned to us. Return shipping cost from destination country will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Parcel Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Lost or Missing Parcels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If tracking shows the parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received your package:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please check with neighbours, building reception, local post office or courier depot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify our support team within 7 calendar days of \u201cdelivered\u201d tracking status. We will initiate an investigation with courier provider. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect delivery address provided by customer at checkout. Please double\u2011check your shipping address before submitting order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Damaged Goods in Transit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If items arrive physically damaged: please take clear photos of outer packaging and damaged products and email us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will assess for replacement or partial refund according to our return policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3 Returned Parcels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parcels may be returned to our warehouse for reasons including insufficient address, recipient refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs fees or import restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer shall bear both original outbound shipping cost and return freight cost. Refund will be processed minus these shipping\u2011related charges after goods arrive back at our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Address Modification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has been dispatched, shipping address <strong>cannot be changed<\/strong>. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finishing checkout.
